urbanflora: This Bull Thistle (Cirsium vulgare) has taken up residence on Frankford Ave, at the edge of Philadelphia’s Fishtown. Very sharp to the touch, it seems to horde street trash, such as cigarette butts, a paper towel, a takeout container lid, and a bottle cap, as seen here.
